ISHU Product Functionality & Care

ISHU technology is made up of highly reflective material using nano-spherical crystals coated with various alloys to produce a significant inverse retro reflective coefficient.

While we have done our best to ensure that all of your expectations are met, for best results please adhere to the following instructions:

  • Mobile Flash: All of ISHU’s products work best with mobile flash. Effects are diminished when used with other forms of flash photography such as SLR cameras.
  • Lighting: Best results are visible under low light conditions and at night. Please be aware that the products, including the scarf, will not have the desired effect in broad daylight.
  • Phone Camera: When taking a picture, a phone camera increases the “invisibility” effect when focusing on the item. This is achieved by clicking on the product on the phone screen.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Amazon Pay.

Orders within the European Union are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) and will not be subject to additional charges. Countries outside the European Union are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) which may require additional charges due to customs local customs. Any additional fees are paid to the local carrier and customs.

We provide tracking information for all of our orders. Our goal is to process all orders within 24-48 business hours of the order placement. If there are delays, you will be notified in advance. Please note that sometimes customs charges apply outside the EU.

Returns & Exchanges

All orders must be returned unwashed and unworn with labels attached within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. A form and free shipping label (within the EU) will be provided for any returns meeting these requirements.

Yes, the full amount of your order will be refunded.

Your refund will process in 7-10 business days.

Online Orders

No, you don’t need an account to order at our online store. You can checkout as guest.

Please contact our customer service team at info@theishu.com as soon as possible to change your shipping address. The shipping address can only be changed before the order has been shipped.
